Core Charge
Products sold with an old part exchange involve a core charge, which will be invoiced and paid together with the purchased product. The value of the core charge can be found in the shopping cart at the time of adding the product.
From the date of invoicing, the return period for the old part is 15 calendar days. The old part must meet the manufacturer’s acceptance conditions. If the old part is accepted, you will receive a credit note for its value, and the refund will be issued to your account.
The response time for accepting the old part can be up to 2 working days from its receipt.
The manufacturer’s acceptance conditions for the old part are:
- It must be identical to the new part and match the product code.
- It must not show signs of damage: no cracks, breaks, deformation, rust, corrosion, burns, or damaged threads.
- It must not be disassembled or incomplete (no missing components).
- Plugs and connectors must not be cut or damaged.
- The old part must be returned in the original packaging of the purchased part.
