Shipping policy

Order Delivery

After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Orders finalized before 12:00 will be processed the same day, while those placed after 12:00 will be processed the next business day.

Products are shipped within 1–2 business days from the processing of the order or payment confirmation in the case of bank transfer payments.

Delivery Methods

Courier Delivery:
Ordered products can be delivered by courier to the address provided when placing the order.

For international delivery, the shipping cost will be communicated based on the delivery address and the weight of the package.

After the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a notification with the AWB tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Please check the physical integrity of the package in the presence of the courier and request a damage report if the package shows signs of deterioration. Any subsequent claims will not be considered.

Pickup from Seller’s Location:
You may choose to pick up the ordered products directly from our sales point at Sos. Alexandriei, nr.199F, Sector 5, Bucharest during working hours, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30.

If you selected pickup from our sales point, after completing the order, you will receive an email informing you of the date from which you can collect your products. Please note that if the products are not collected within 48 hours from the communicated date, the order will be canceled.

For orders paid online (credit card or bank transfer), you must present your original ID in order to collect the products. For legal entities, an authorization letter from the company is also required.
