Common Rail injectors and injection pumps repaired by EXPRESS DIESEL SRL, an authorised Bosch Diesel Service centre, are marked with special identification elements upon completion of the repair process. Common Rail injectors (CRI) and Common Rail injection pumps (CP) receive adhesive labels. Common Rail injectors for trucks and industrial machinery (CRIN) receive identification clips.
How QualityScan Works
QualityScan is a Bosch verification system that allows you to confirm, quickly and reliably, that a Common Rail injector or pump has been repaired to Bosch quality standards. Only components that have successfully passed all required quality tests in accordance with Bosch specifications are registered in the QualityScan database.

Every repair registered in the QualityScan system meets the following requirements:
- Accredited Bosch test benches and diagnostic equipment
- Repair and verification methods specific to Bosch Diesel Service
- Bosch original testing data and genuine spare parts
- Technicians trained at authorised Bosch training centres
How to Verify Your Component
Scan the barcode on the label or clip using the QualityScan application, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, or enter the identification data manually at the official Bosch verification portal: https://www.qualityscan.bosch-automotive.com
Information Available After Verification
- Repair ID — unique identifier assigned to the repaired component
- Repair date — date on which the repair was completed and registered
- IMA code — individual part code, where applicable
- Diesel specialist contact — name and contact details of the authorised service centre that performed the repair
Verification through QualityScan confirms that the repair was carried out in full compliance with Bosch specifications and quality requirements.
