Order Delivery
After completing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been registered.
Orders finalized by 12:00 will be processed on the same day, while those finalized after 12:00 will be processed on the next day.
Products are dispatched within 1–2 working days from order processing or from payment confirmation in the case of bank transfer payments.
Delivery Methods
- Courier delivery:
Ordered products can be delivered by courier to the address you provided when placing the order.
The shipping fee within Romania is 24 RON for orders under 1,000 RON. For orders exceeding 1,000 RON, shipping is free.
For deliveries outside Romania, the shipping cost will be communicated to you based on the delivery address and the parcel weight.
After the parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive a notification with the AWB (tracking) number so you can track the shipment.
Please check the physical integrity of the parcels in the presence of the courier and request a damage report to be drafted if the parcels show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.
- Pickup from the Seller’s sales point:
You may choose to pick up the ordered products directly from our sales point at Sos. Alexandriei, no. 199F, Sector 5, Bucharest during working hours, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30.
If you opted to pick up the products from our sales point, after completing the order you will receive an email informing you of the date from which you can come to collect the products. Please note that if the products are not collected within 48 hours from the communicated date, the order will be canceled.
For orders paid online (by card or bank transfer), the original identity document must be presented in order for us to hand over the products. For legal entities, an authorization/letter of empowerment from the company is also required.
