Set of four genuine new Bosch 0445110464 CRI2-16 electromagnetic common rail fuel injectors for the Yanmar 4TNV86CT four-cylinder diesel engine. Replacing all four injectors together restores balanced fuel metering across every cylinder, smoother running, and consistent performance, and is the recommended approach when one injector has failed on a high-hour engine.
This set is sized for the four-cylinder Yanmar 4TNV86CT (Yanmar OE 129A01-53100 per injector). The same Bosch 0445110464 injector is also used on the three-cylinder Yanmar 3TNV86CT. Always confirm compatibility by Bosch number, OE number, engine serial number, or the identification number on the original injectors before ordering.
Important – IMA coding required. Each of the four injectors is IMA coded. The injector calibration (IMA / IQA) code printed on every injector body must be programmed into the engine ECU after fitting, using a suitable diagnostic tool, so the ECU can match fuel delivery to each new injector. Skipping this step can cause rough running, smoke, or fault codes.
Also known internationally as: Einspritzdüse / Injektor (DE), injecteur (FR), iniettore (IT), inyector (ES), injector (RO) — Bosch 0445110464 common rail injector set for Yanmar 4TNV86CT.

FAQ
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| How many injectors are in this set? | Four genuine Bosch 0445110464 injectors, each in its own original Bosch box. |
| Which engine is this set for? | The four-cylinder Yanmar 4TNV86CT diesel engine, which uses four injectors. |
| Are these genuine Bosch injectors? | Yes. All four are genuine Bosch OEM common rail diesel fuel injectors. |
| What is the main Bosch part number? | The main Bosch reference number is 0445110464 (Yanmar OE 129A01-53100). |
| Do all four injectors need coding? | Yes. Each injector is IMA coded and its calibration code must be programmed into the ECU after installation. |
| Should I replace all four at once? | On a high-hour engine, replacing all injectors together is recommended to keep cylinder-to-cylinder fuel delivery balanced and avoid a repeat workshop visit. |
| What causes common rail injector failure? | Common causes include fuel contamination, water in fuel, metal particles from a failed high-pressure pump, poor fuel filtration, and wear from extended service. |
| Can a failed injector damage other fuel system components? | Yes. If the failure is linked to contamination, the rail, pump, and filter housing may also be affected and should be inspected. |
Diagnostic Information
Common Symptoms of Fuel Injector Failure
Hard starting, long cranking, engine no-start, unstable idle, misfiring, loss of power, rough running, excessive smoke, abnormal fuel consumption, check engine warning light, or visible fuel system contamination may indicate problems within the diesel fuel system or common rail injection system.
These symptoms may also be caused by the high-pressure fuel pump, rail pressure sensor, fuel metering unit, ECU faults, fuel contamination, or other diesel engine management issues.
Installation and System Check
Before replacing the common rail fuel injectors, a professional diagnostic inspection should be performed, including rail pressure testing, injector leak-off testing, fuel contamination inspection, ECU fault-code analysis, fuel filter inspection, and diesel fuel quality inspection. After fitting, write each injector IMA calibration code to the ECU.
If a previous injector failed internally, or if the high-pressure pump failed and released metal particles into the fuel system, the common rail, fuel lines, fuel filter housing, and any remaining injectors should also be inspected and cleaned or replaced if necessary. Installing new Bosch injectors into a contaminated fuel system may result in immediate repeat failure.
