Set of 4 genuine new Bosch 0445110657 CRI2-20 OHW electromagnetic common rail fuel injectors, OE number 5801790338, supplied as a complete four-cylinder engine set. These OEM Bosch injectors fit FPT (Fiat Powertrain) 3.4L F5 four-cylinder diesel engines used by Iveco, Case, New Holland, John Deere and Komatsu, and are designed for precise fuel metering, stable rail pressure response, reliable engine performance and long service life in agricultural, construction and heavy-duty diesel applications.

This pack contains four injectors, enough to replace the full injector set on one 3.4L four-cylinder engine in a single service. Each injector is IMA-coded: after fitting, the seven-digit IMA / injector calibration code printed on each injector body must be programmed (coded) into the engine ECU with a diagnostic tool, so that injection quantities are matched cylinder by cylinder. Always confirm compatibility by Bosch number, OE number, VIN, engine serial number, or the identification number on the original injectors before ordering.

Buying Options

Buying the complete set of 4 saves you 40 EUR compared with four single injectors purchased separately.

This page is for the 4-piece set. If you need a single injector, see the individual Bosch 0445110657 single injector listing.

FAQ

Question Answer
How many injectors are in this pack? This listing is a set of 4 genuine Bosch 0445110657 injectors, a complete set for one four-cylinder engine.
Are these genuine Bosch fuel injectors? Yes. These are genuine new Bosch OEM common rail diesel fuel injectors, supplied with no core charge in original Bosch boxes.
What is the main Bosch part number? The main Bosch reference number is 0445110657, with OE number 5801790338.
Why replace all four injectors at once? On a high-mileage common rail engine, injectors wear at a similar rate. Replacing the full set restores balanced injection across all cylinders, avoids repeat downtime, and is the recommended practice after a fuel system contamination event.
Which engines use Bosch 0445110657? FPT 3.4L F5 four-cylinder diesel engines (F5H, F34ENT, F5GFL413A) fitted to Case, Iveco, New Holland, John Deere and Komatsu machinery.
Do these injectors need coding? Yes. Each is IMA-coded. After installation every injector calibration code must be programmed into the engine ECU with a diagnostic tool.
Is professional installation recommended? Yes. Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct fitment, proper torque settings, IMA coding and system integrity checks.
Can a failed injector damage other fuel system components? Yes. A failed injector may cause hard starting, misfiring and increased fuel consumption. If the failure is linked to system contamination, the rail, pump and filter housing may also be affected.

Diagnostic Information

Common symptoms of fuel injector failure: hard starting, long cranking, engine no-start condition, unstable idle, engine misfiring, loss of power, rough running, excessive smoke, abnormal fuel consumption, check engine warning light, or visible fuel system contamination may indicate problems within the diesel fuel system or common rail injection system.

These symptoms may also be caused by the high-pressure fuel pump, rail pressure sensor, fuel metering valve, ECU faults, fuel contamination, or other diesel engine management issues.

Installation and system check: before replacing common rail fuel injectors, a professional diagnostic inspection should be performed, including rail pressure testing, injector leak-off testing, fuel contamination inspection, ECU fault-code analysis, fuel filter inspection and diesel fuel quality inspection. If a previous injector failed internally, or if the high-pressure pump failed and released metal particles into the fuel system, the common rail, fuel lines, fuel filter housing and remaining injectors should also be inspected and cleaned or replaced if necessary. Installing new Bosch injectors into a contaminated fuel system may result in immediate repeat failure, which is why replacing the full set of four is often recommended.
