Complete set of six genuine new Bosch 0445120177 CRIN electromagnetic common rail fuel injectors for Cummins QSB 4.5L, 5.9L and 6.7L and ISB 6.7L diesel engines. Also referenced as 5254261, this full set is intended for a complete 6-cylinder injector replacement, restoring precise fuel metering, stable rail-pressure response, reliable cold starting and balanced cylinder performance across the whole engine.
Replacing all six injectors at once is recommended on high-mileage engines, after a high-pressure pump failure, or whenever fuel contamination is suspected, so every cylinder runs on injectors of the same age and tolerance. Always confirm compatibility by Bosch number, OE number, VIN, engine serial number, or the identification number marked on the original injector before ordering.
This is a set of brand-new genuine Bosch components supplied in original Bosch packaging. They are not IMA coded, so no injector coding or programming is required after installation.
Also known internationally as: Einspritzdüse / Injektor (DE), injecteur (FR), iniettore (IT), inyector (ES), injector (RO) — Bosch 0445120177 common rail injector for Cummins 6.7L.

FAQ
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| How many injectors are included in this set? | This listing includes six (6) genuine new Bosch 0445120177 injectors — a complete set for one 6-cylinder Cummins 6.7L engine. |
| Is this a genuine Bosch injector set? | Yes. These are genuine new Bosch OEM common rail diesel fuel injectors, supplied in original Bosch packaging and made in Brazil. |
| What is the main Bosch part number? | The main Bosch reference for these new injectors is 0445120177; the common Cummins reference is 5254261. 0986435697 and 0986435705 are the Bosch exchange (reman) equivalents for the same application. |
| Which engines use Bosch 0445120177? | It is used in Cummins QSB4.5, QSB5.9, QSB6.7 and ISB6.7 diesel engines fitted to trucks, buses, tractors and industrial machinery. |
| Is this injector IMA coded? | No. These injectors are not IMA coded, so no injector coding or programming is required after fitting. |
| Are these new or remanufactured? | These are brand-new genuine Bosch injectors. |
| Should I replace all six injectors at the same time? | On high-mileage engines, or after a high-pressure pump failure or fuel contamination, replacing the full set keeps all cylinders on injectors of the same age and tolerance, which improves balance and reliability. |
| Is professional installation recommended? | Yes. Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct fitment, proper torque settings, and system integrity checks before and after replacement. |
| What causes common rail injector failure? | Common causes include fuel contamination, water in fuel, metal particle contamination from a failed high-pressure pump, insufficient fuel filtration, and wear from extended service. |
Diagnostic Information
Common Symptoms of Fuel Injector Failure
Hard starting, long cranking, engine no-start condition, unstable idle, engine misfiring, loss of power, rough running, excessive smoke, abnormal fuel consumption, check engine warning light, or visible fuel system contamination may indicate problems within the diesel fuel system or common rail injection system.
These symptoms may also be caused by the high-pressure fuel pump, rail pressure sensor, fuel metering valve, ECU faults, fuel contamination, or other diesel engine management issues.
Installation and System Check
Before replacing common rail fuel injectors, a professional diagnostic inspection should be performed, including rail pressure testing, injector leak-off testing, fuel contamination inspection, ECU fault-code analysis, fuel filter inspection, and diesel fuel quality inspection.
If the previous injectors failed internally, or if the high-pressure pump failed and released metal particles into the fuel system, the common rail, fuel lines, fuel filter housing, injector connector tubes and remaining injectors should also be inspected and cleaned or replaced if necessary. Installing new Bosch injectors into a contaminated fuel system may result in immediate repeat failure.
